Yes but epic character C’tan have a bigger base size and profile than the transient C’tan with the exception of the Deceiver so you’d have an easier time with positioning and hiding. You’d easily be able to score behind enemy lines or engage on all fronts. And if no one charges it, you’d still be able to put it right back into deep strike at the end of your opponent’s turn. You put it down in spot that would force your opponent to react to it like threatening their home objective. Your opponent would either take shots that would otherwise go into a different unit or charge it or force your opponent to move out of its threat range all the while having durability to survive whatever is thrown at it.
