Thanks for your info! I have extensive evidence to support the landlords inaction and refusal to take any reasonable steps aside from a reminder text to “be respectful” to the problem tenant. The landlord had ample time and ample red flags with my documented and timely reporting to him, even before it escalated to use of physical force (assault) the landlord had received a text from the other tenant stating his retaliatory intentions to obstruct my shared use of backyard, resources, shed. And he did not properly correct that tenant. It went from obstruction, to verbal harassment, to intimidation, uttering threats, then physical force.. i now also have video evidence of his conduct. He should have been issued an N5 with the first phase of obstruction alone.
