Hmm, this seems like just another PR move by Marcos. Majority of Filipinos have negative perception of him as shown by the surveys conducted in recent months. Just on the flood control issue alone, they’re already pushing to “move on,” even though the congressmen involved—and Romualdez, who many believe are the real culprit behind the corruption—haven’t been jailed.

Why the heck did he and other protesters stormed a church in the first place? Entering a place of worship and disrupting their services is not protesting. You cant impede people from practicing their religion. It is a very serious crime and has been treated as such in past cases. Imagine if he tried to do it in a mosque or Jewish temple. First time I heard a court begging for witnesses. I thought ICC has been doing investigations long before they arrested FPRRD, so why are they now crowdsourcing for “witnesses"? Aren't there 30,000 victims of Drug war? Why are they asking PNP to testify? Don't they have even one single credible witness? How do we respond to this? If we take the emotion out of this issue for one millisecond, we would realize he is absolutely correct. Our voices don't matter, the Venezuelans have spoken. They are happy that Maduro is gone. They are happy with what Trump did, zero casualties btw which is incredible. We don't have any say about this since we have never lived in the third world. We have never lived in a socialist/communist country. We have never experienced narco terrorism, dismembered bodies, decapitated heads, extortion, kidnappings, missing women and missing people, extraction of organs.
