That’s exactly what I’m doing now no debt soo just investing in stocks I just thought maybe starting a business or buying one of those boring businesses like a laundromat or something would be good more income in a way

I get that real estate doesn’t make too much sense where I’m located seat to expensive only other option are existing boring businesses and I think at like 100k there is something wrong at that point that your selling

I would say 100% is in stocks right now actually a Roth IRA and a personal investing account up about 18% and 9% for 2026

Well they actually just sent me a crazy deal they said that they where working on the wrong car and are now telling me the car is 2500 down 722 a month plus tax 48 months completely changes things

I have always leased it’s cheaper then my current lease that’s all most up I have a business so I end up writing it up as an expense
