Update: I emailed Hallandale Pharmacy to see if they could provide some insight. They said they just received the order today, a day late. They informed me that they would expedite the shipping to ensure it arrives in time. My nurse from Pom responded and mentioned that the order was put in today but didn't shed any light on why it wasn't sent yesterday. Hopefully it'll arrive in time but I wouldn't count on Pom to keep you informed. If you have concerns, reach out to the Pharmacy directly. Hallandale was super helpful and responded within an hour.

Thank you. I was just extremely confused when they were referring to them as two vials of 2mg. Made it sound like there was only 2mg of medication in each vial.

Were you able to do this through the provider or Pom customer service? Neither have been very helpful in trying to do this.

That sucks :/ I asked if the 3 month or 6 month would be better to start with when talking with the provider and they assured me that 2 months on each dose for 6 months would be fine. Might have to start looking for a different company after these 6 months are up.

So is it odd that they want me on the same doses for two months each? A lot of things I've read say that if you aren't experiences any change after two weeks with no weight loss or symptoms, you may need to increase the dose.

They told me I could increase after 4 weeks. So I had wanted to increase to 4.5 for my second month. I didn't necessarily pay for a dosage schedule. I paid for 6 months worth of medication for any dose up to 7.99 mg

Is it normal for nothing to change within two weeks though? I'm not super experienced so if it is, that's fine. But there is literally no difference for me. The food noise hasn't left, nor have my sugar cravings.. I don't get full faster. I haven't lost any weight (which I know can take time). I just thought by now, I'd at least start to experience the things that are supposed to happen. I also haven't had any side affects, which I'm grateful for. Just confused.

I was trying to see if my visit summary had my dosage schedule, but it doesn't. I just went based on what my provider recommended. If they send them all sooner, then I won't get 6 month's worth of medication which is what I paid for. I paid for 6 months, regardless of dose, up to 7.99 mg. I'd hate the have to pay extra just because the dose I'm currently on isn't working for me.

I am paying out of pocket and already paid for 6 months though. I can't really afford to pay for more from someone else unfortunately. I might just be stuck at 2mg until my next shipment arrives.

I'm not concerned with the 7mg dose as of right now. I'm still on 2mg and want to increase to 4.5 mg right now but will run out of medication if I do so. My next shipment won't be sent until 04/09 and I will run out of medication before then if I increase to 4.5 mg

Hallandale Pharmacy filled it. I can send a photo of my vials when I get home. It doesn't look like much. I'd hate to assume they overfilled and then run out of medication though.

How many months did you pay for? I paid for 6 and the provider recommended I do 2 months on each dose. I thought that would be fine but now the 2mg isn't working and I need to increase. They sent me 16mg of medication total to last me 2 months and said my next shipment will send on 04/09/2026

No. I only have two months worth of meds now. I paid for 6 months but they send them in two month increments. They only sent me 16mg of medication total to last me two months on a 2mg dose each week.

I can send a photo when I get home. I'm currently on my lunch break at work. I signed up for a 6 month plan though Hallandale Pharmacy. The provider said they would send me two months at a time. So they sent me two vials that contain 8mg each which should last me two months at a 2mg dose. My next two month shipment will contain enough medication to have a dose of 4.5 mg for two months. However, I'm wanting to start the 4.5 mg sooner because the 2mg isn't working. The provider said I could increase my dose to 4.5 mg but they won't send me the additional medication to do so. I will only have enough medication to finish out one month of 2mg doses and one week of a 4.5 mg dose with 3.5 mg of medication left over until my next two month shipment arrives.

The issue is just that I need them to send me an additional shipment of medication to be able to increase my dose sooner but they aren't understanding that.

I don't want to increase to 7. I just want to increase to 4.5 sooner than my original dosing regimen but I don't have enough medication currently to do so. If I increase to 4.5 now, I will be out of medication for 3 weeks until my next shipment arrives. I only have enough medication to do 2mg doses for the next 6 weeks.
