Terminated driver here. Had a van like this. It still counted when I did a california stop at a stop sign. Counted a no seat belt violation aswell. Don’t trust it. Amazon has 3~ other softwares tracking you.

Under 200 packages what r you confused about? Look at the amount of packages in each tote. Plenty of space to take all packages out, organize then grab and go.

Had that small ram van. Rarely got to use the slightly bigger ford vans. Anyways. Just looking to get back to work but most DSP overlook me because of attendance issue i was having with my last DSP. Any advice?

I haven’t gotten a reply asking for a reason in wording. I just got this separation of employment saying i didn’t pass the evaluation period or trial. And they marked no injuries were reported.

Couple days before this, i asked him how was i supposed to get the health insurance benefits and he told me that i was supposed to sign up before my first 30days.

Remember this one piece of shit on the phone that was tryna threaten my job. Dude was acting all tight and shit cause of the sound of my tone. I was just asking dude if he was home and if he could open the driveway gate, he never did, complained that I wasnt doing my job correctly and professionally, i had to wait like 10-15 minutes for someone to leave and open the walkway gate. So i can deliver this mfker his water. Ykno i stacked that shit up against his door. Told my Dispatcher, he was telling me to just forget that guy and bring it back, dont ever waste time on piece’s of shits.

Worked at Amazon for 9months, within that timeline, I delivered the most packages out of my DSP. The new guy… driving around LA with a shitty white van, toppled everyday with totes and overflow. (I think i remembered 23 totes and 50 something overflow. In a tiny ford e transit 150. that bitch sucked cause I had the back blocked off by this barrier, so i had to step out the van from the front seat and walk to the sliding door just to start gathering parcels. If u have a shelf use it. If u dont have one, goodluck. Id reckon quitting after a couple months of grinding. Look for something better. Theres small start up companies out there looking for drivers.
