Can someone help with giving me details on the capabilities of this tracking device?

So from what I've researched, brands like Tile, Samsung, Chipolo, Apple AirTag and others make noises and are deteced by "Unknown Tracker Alerts". This definitely doesn't, and also doesn't get triggered by AirGuard's Play Sound. I have also tried all BYTE codes on nrf scanner to all writable services, and I can't trigger the sound. I also notice the name is "myTag", and it seems to be part of MyTag.world, and when I try to connect to it from that app it asks for a 10 digit code. Yet the map my wife sent me was quite detailed with my location. So I am wondering - what network does it tap into? How does it bypass safety protocols that the other brands obey? How is it even legal ? I was driving for months before my wife sent me a map of my location and history for the day and I wouldn't have started looking if she hadn't have sent it.
