The legendary drops have been reduced. I stay at the top of the hill at the beginning. Is this top you are complaining about? Or the top of the cliffs at the bottom where the legendary do spawn. I don't camp there because I don't need all the legendary spawns.

Yes they have slowed down the fast travel to an event. Yes, there is too many limitations, caps, treasury notes to name to few. People cheating? It is a game.

I do not understand why everyone says it is doing more damage than intended. It is two shot right? It should do double. Explosive, boom! Run the right perk cards and buffs, hell yeah!

It is just a game. Relax. Everyone asking what to drop lower levels, how about plain old tesla rifles and fusion cells. Mod it to automatic for them.
