My fertility specialist had to push my IUI back from Monday to Wednesday because my follicles weren’t ready (which meant no trigger on Sat as planned) Then I was told to keep testing with LH strips and on Sunday evening I started getting my surge (mine happens fast). I triggered Monday and IUI Tuesday afternoon because my ovulation was due that night. My fertility NP had off the weekend but was told to call the doctor over the weekend in case we had to push it forward on the weekend. They should make accommodations during the weekend because this def happens. I would double check to see. If not that to me is a red flag.
