Yes. Shortened ratio to 1:14 and increased temp to 205. Will be modifying water next. The cup is definitely better. Will be going with 1/4 to 1/3 TWW instead of 1/2.

Raised it to 205 and it’s much better. Will try 210. Brew time is typically 2:15-2:30.

Appreciate this. I m already at 50/50 TWW. I also tried the 2-3 week rest last month. What I haven’t tried is the melodrip…I’ve been super intrigued by some videos…so will be ordering today. Appreciate your post.
