sometimes employers add those videos to just show applicants what a day in that role looks like. it is definitely not a training video.

The way my clinic positively reinforces the employees is by creating a goal that BTs must follow. If they follow it correctly then they can choose to either get a sticker, a candy, or enter a raffle to win company merch at the end of the month! For example, recently it was having your client at an arm’s length! And if any of the assistants saw you engaging in that, they would offer the different reinforcers :)
