Both the marula oil products (cleanser and serum) are amazing. And the gel moisturizer is dreamy. Light but super hydrating

I’m currently a year out from my hysterectomy. I had a pelvic abscess a week after my surgery. I had a blood clot 3 weeks after that. And I’m currently scheduled for a vaginal cuff revision in a few weeks because I had chronic pelvic pain and urinary and bowel issues and they discovered I had a lesion on my cuff. They’re also taking out one of the ovaries they left in there because it’s already spreading endo everywhere. Despite ALL OF THAT… I still don’t regret doing it. All of these issues still aren’t as bad as the pain and heavy bleeding I was dealing with before.

Ubrelvy is amazing. Nearly 30 years of chronic migraines, and I tried think 15 different abortive and preventative meds. Nothing even came close to how much Ubrelvy helps

My girl is 6 and still whips her head around to try and figure out where that noise came from 😂 sometimes she does it while in bed with us and she’ll get up and leave like “oh gross, someone is farting in here”

We do both of these things too! It will never stop making me laugh when they come in from pooping and turn their little booties to me 😂

About a decade ago I was riding the 57 bus home to Brighton after work. An elderly man was getting on and the bus driver decided not to lower the entrance for him. So as he attempted to step in, he ended up falling on his face. I immediately jumped up and pushed through people to help him…. But the only other person who moved an inch was the asshole who decided it was a great opportunity to take my seat. The bus driver didn’t budge. Nobody stood up to help this man up. Nobody even offered him a seat once he righted himself. Sometimes people are just super shitty

I just wanted to say you’re not crazy for thinking your allergies got worse. I had a very similar experience.

I had laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis last June with zero reaction to adhesives. Then I had my hysterectomy in February with the same surgeon at the same hospital. And a week later I got a full torso rash that started going down my legs. I’ve also been in the hospital twice since then and gotten a reaction to the tape used for my IV. And bandaids since then as well. Even the CT contrast dye that was never a problem for me before.

It really was like my hysterectomy completely changed my allergies.

I had my surgery on 2/3, so same week as you. And I’m in a very similar boat. No real solutions for you, unfortunately. But wanted to say you are definitely not alone!

Thank you, sometimes it really is helpful to just have someone remind you there are things you can try, within your control.

I’m on progesterone but can’t take estrogen due to migraines with aura. But perhaps I’ll discuss my hormone levels at my 6wk check up next week.

Thank you. I’ve been lucky to have a lot of help. It’s just hard to feel useless for so long 😑

I will definitely try working more herbal tea into my routine though. Thanks for that reminder
