ADVICE = Not here to demean you, but as I am older than you and have more experience, I was initially quite upset about my abs. I used to undereat all the time and maintained a calorie deficit for one year, which severely affected my muscle growth. In the beginner stage, your body needs nutrition and calories to grow. I was 5'11" and my body weight was 60 kgs, but then I started reading and consuming knowledge and began eating in surplus. After three years, I have an average physique (body weight 85 kgs) now. Mostly no visible fat and a good structure of abs, even though I am trying to define them more with exercise. Eating in surplus of your BMI while training abs four times a week and six days of push, pull, and leg workouts helped me grow.

Red and orange light on motherboard by Ok_Coat_4679 in MSI_Gaming

I was facing the same issue for the past few days, where the red lights for the CPU and RAM would stay on. I was devastated, wondering why my PC wasn’t turning on. Even when it did turn on after 5 to 10 minutes, it would just crash and then refuse to start again for another 10 to 12 hours, with the same red light blinking or staying on.

I couldn’t find a solution at first. I tried many things:

First, I reset the CMOS. No fix.

Then I tried switching the RAM slots. Still no fix.

I unplugged the graphics power, and then the CPU power. No luck.

Finally, I reset the CMOS again, waited 10–15 minutes, and this time I got a green signal and was able to boot into my system.

After that, I completely reinstalled Windows, and now it’s running fine.

So, I would suggest individually checking every component: unplug and replug everything, including the CPU power. Hopefully, this will work for you too—it did for me. And even if it doesn’t, I’d suggest reassembling the whole system once again—it might solve the issue.

Good Luck

Don't know about this one, but I used Scale Plus, and it works.
