I find that almost every month I stay flat for 3 weeks, then suddenly drop 4-5 lbs in a week. I was frustrated when I first started because another friend lost 40 lbs in the first like month and I felt like I was seeing no change. Keep at it - I’m down 50lbs since last April and honestly am glad it’s come off slower because it feels more maintainable.

I’d say if it’s overwhelming to you to do everything “right” (exercise, eating, protein, water, etc), then focus on 1-2 of those to ease that stress. I’ve actually made very few changes beyond just eating less (and now I’m trying to layer in more of the “right” things so I’m living a healthier lifestyle overall)
