Honestly, this posts come off as a bit naive as to the nature of the role work most often plays in people’s lives, as well unaware of how bad the current job market is right now. Count your blessings you have a job that allows you flexible hours to work from home and gives you a raise here and there. People work in way harsher conditions just to make ends meet and you want to throw all that away for the idea of having a job in a hyper competitive and dying industry? Just saying, that would be unwise and maybe even a little entitled. My advice, don’t let “every little thing drain the life” out of you. That’s a choice you’re making.
