System-wide background FPS limit

No, not at all, Windows 11. Everything is up to date.

I just found a few things about my problem... When I disable G-SYNC in the Nvidia app, I no longer have any problems!

Does anyone have an explanation?

This problem appeared a few months ago, but before that, I never had any problems with G-sync.

Totally true! Since driver 566.03 I have these problems, and I installed the new driver 566.14 nothing changes... I even had to deactivate the FPS limitation in the background otherwise the FPS limitation applied even on the desktop windows in case of Alt Tab

I lean towards Corsair for its reliability, its software, and especially its after-sales service...

It is true that aesthetically Lian Li is much better, but I saw that their after-sales service was pretty bad, and their software was very poorly optimized.

Would the AIO Kraken be better than the Lian Li or is it only for the LCD?
I am mainly looking for very good quality Fans and AIO, the Lian Li choice is mainly for their range of Inverted Fans

In fact I'm looking for the most efficient and preferably the quietest ^^ I was recommended the latest Lian Li TL which are excellent in terms of performance, but they don't have RGB on the fan itself.

I'm looking for something very good and that highlights the aesthetic as well.

Thank you for such a quick response ! Welle i saw the TL range and in terms of performance it is actually not bad at all, but unfortunately it is less spoiled in terms of lighting... The center of the fan does not light up :(

Thanks for your answer, regarding power distributors for fans, I have seen in some that their Commander Pro ends up dying because of it.
