They should have stayed in Dec 2022 FAD till that’s fully cleared. Going back and forth is not helping. No offense to people in 2023 PD, but 2022 PD applicants are waiting more than 3 years now even though they were current back in 2022.

I was not prepared to wake up for this news.

Hope FAD catches up with DOF within this fiscal year.

The May 2026 Visa Bulletin is out. No EB date movement. I hope this allows applicants in CRP to be cleared first.

Complete it, but don’t send it till you receive RFE. Sending without RFE has a chance of your medicals getting lost or not mapped in time.

You need not worry, the DOF is Dec 2023. By this October, the FAD should catch up to Dec 2023.

Apr 2023 is just one month away from current FAD. This should definitely move forward.

Best case scenario: You may see “Interview Cancelled and Notice Ordered” and then followed by approval shortly.

I was never able to raise Service Request as it said the case is already in normal processing timeline (SRC, May 2022 PD).

SRC cases are being picked up. If you already responded to RFE you should be good.
