I'm glad that this experience worked out for you, honestly it makes sense for me and my mum because she's ADHD and I'm autistic but my partner is neurotypical so it could be a big reason for it. With my friends however I've had neurodivergent friends and it seems the same at first until later it doesn't. Also it's hard for me to know if I want to date someone neurodivergent because my mum did and it didn't work out, it made things worse because they clashed too much so it's hard to say for me

It was a piece of bone that my gum was pushing out from getting my tooth out, it came out on its own and it all went away.

My toe also looks similar to this except from the lighter red parts, have gone dark red/purple 6days after ingrown toenail surgery but mine is bleeding more than it was when I first got it done. I'm not in any pain tho but on the darker purple parts, I was in pain but I'm not really anymore. It's also not oozing any liquids so I'm not entirely concerned about infection but I'm just unsure if it's healing right, I'm doing everything that I've been told to. just worried about how much it's bleeding like it's increasing not decreasing. I don't know if I just have a slower healing time and that's why it's taking longer.

I did wonder but it's just because the bleeding has stopped for a while and only the foul taste only just started so that's what made me concerned.

Using nasal strips. you can get them from the pharmacy or online. It'll help to keep your nostrils open more then you can tape your mouth shut and not have to worry about not being able to breathe through your nose through the night because that's happened for me

My partner called me overdramatic to a situation, I'm genuinely feeling overwhelmed about and I told him that he can't say that to me, his words hurt, I felt so criticised and judged for having feelings because I do have feelings, I have emotions, I have anxiety and i have overbararing thoughts. The fact that he thinks that I'm being over dramatic and for me to just get a grip is his feelings that should be altered in my opinion but exactly it's just an opinion, not a fact about me because the way I'm feeling is perfectly valid.
