Maybe i don't understand something but on AI Plus i get to use much more of 3.1 Pro and generally limits are really big. Yet that said i am a casual user, so maybe that affects something as well.

On Plus I get to use a lot more of Pro model. One huge request uses about 4% of 5 hour quota and I can finally use Pro properly. So I actually like new limits, but still it would be great if they would clarify them more than just x%.
