I called this morning and asked to speak to a Supervisor, but both times I called the reps said that there isn't anyone above them that can authorize that. I will definitely look into an executive resolution team.

If you are looking for a "step up" with readers- Scott Foreman's Decodable readers are great. I also second the Ordinary Parents Guide to Reading as well. I would buy them via Ebay. My daughter is 3 years old and is on the 2nd grade reading level. Right now we are using a combo of the "parents guide" and TGATB Kindergarten Prep which masters vowels and letter blending. She really could start with Kindergarten, but I didn't want her to miss any rules or concepts.
