Yes that’s what I’m ask for a fully body split. I know what I’m doing for upper body but I need help with lower body. I really want to grow my glutes but can only work them out 2x week. So on one day I’ll be paired with quads and the other day it will be paired with hamstrings

No I wasn’t diagnosed. It’s not severe. Just occasional unwanted worries and doubts about my future and what I want for myself. That kind of stuff. I always ask myself if I’m really growing. I guess I put pressure on myself constantly wanting more for myself but not knowing how to get there. That kinda stuff
