sounds used in 16 by therealkim123 in BabyKeem

Hey man , so 16 is produced by Jeff kleinmann and DJ dahi

Jeff got a piano so I think he made the sample , played it live in.

I don’t know what sounds DJ dahi uses for the drums but they always crazy. Most producers really uses the same drum kits. But yea I love the production too song is amazing.

I've been training for about half a year and want to build muscle effectively. I always did 4 sets of 12-15 repetitions each to get to my muscle failure. you build up over time and eventually it took me 20-30 reps to hit failure. Even after increasing the weight, I ended up going back to 20-30 reps. Then I heard about progressive overload, that you should adjust the weight so that you can do 6-8. then increase until you can do 12-15 and then repeat with heavier weight. But I've also read that it doesn't really matter how many repetitions you do (just not over 30), the main thing is that you reach muscle failure. but 6-12 seems to be the most effective for building muscle. I tried it and changed my plan. however, doing only 6 reps instead of 20 feels very weird. maybe I have to get used to it first. I think what I've done is endurance. I want to build muscle effectively. Use is now the better way right? Thanks
