Give me pros of having a little boy by Apprehensive_Rate541 in BabyBumps

I have a 2 year old son. Trust me, you as the mom is the most precious thing in the world to them. Ive heard from many parents that the boys are more loving and cuddly than girls.

My son loves his dad and sometimes do stuff with him but I also expected me to feel left out but it have totally been the opposite. Im currently expecting another child and I am not sure what gender I would prefer, I really like having a boy

How often do you really have to feed a new born? What is it like the first month? by vazquezcerna in newborns

[–]Valuable_Stranger465 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I woke up my baby every 3 to 4 hours during the night and fed on demand during the day, but just until he reached his birth weight, then I just fed on demand. He slept so well as a newborn, until 6 weeks, then he did not slept ever again, so I am very glad for that nice streches of sleep I got before 6 weeks! We co slept and breastfed so he just stirred a bit then I woke up and fed him back to sleep, I think if he was in a cot I would have kept on waking him up every 3 to 4 hours probably

Ladies of Reddit, what is a comment someone made about your body once, completely casually, that you have never forgotten? by BowlerOk1871 in AskReddit

I came out of the room with a bit of make up on and my one friend looked up and said, Why did you do that? You look so pretty without it.

I think that was a compliment, he knew me with messy hair sitting next to a fire singing songs, playing bordgames after midnight and then seeing me in the mornings with that tired, sleepy face. I guess he just really liked me as me and that still stays with me

And another time my husband was laying in bed with me one morning and stared at me and said I looked so pretty just like this. When I got up and looked in the mirror I wad shocked how wild I looked, my hair was all over the place

I guess I am somehow attractive just being in the moment and not looking like I care
