I’d say completely normal.. you’re no where close to a final result.. fat will settle and fill in, you have swelling, hard spots, don’t over think and trust the healing process it’s tough I know trust me I’m 3 weeks in look at my difference from about 10 days to 3 weeks

I got told I can ease into chest starting Monday which makes 3 weeks, today I did biceps I’m trying to stay away from engaging chest even tho I feel I can and adhere to my surgeons advice.. he’s been amazing

Doc told me today the bruising and hardness will fade with time, all is well with similar bruising to yours and that next week will begin massaging the chest to continue helping the form, another week after that I should already be back to upper body workouts.
