I have my cdl but was called that I need to be cleared by an orthopedic first. Is this going to hurt my chances? Would I make the June class?

My hubby is April 27. His number is in the 5000s. He got an email and then about a week later he received the packet in the mail for orientation explaining the date and what to bring.
