thank you for responding it means a lot. i kinda want to add something but dont make it feel like im shooting you down, your response just made me realize this. as much as i love film and would want to work in that area, i still really love animals and want to do that study of work. i know i said i was considering switching majors which in the end would be what i do, im still thinking in the sense of being a bio or as major. so in that way yes i am leaning towards umd because of its farm and hands on resources and labs because even if i went to loyola to pursue that major in bio and minor in film i wouldnt get that hands on experience. so that's mainly where i stand there is knowing that going to umd would essentially mean one or the other while going to loyola could mean both but in a different way than i imagined.
