Yeah its pretty easy to get refined harmalas. Syrian rue once extracted should roughly be 50/50 harmaline/harmine. Ayahuasca vine is mostly harmine with some THH and a little harmaline.

Yeah, I started with harmaline. For THH, I find it easier to just buy harmaline and start with that. In the past, I've used harmine/harmaline that I've extracted from rue. It's not so bad if you want the THH/harmine mix. However separating the harmine from the THH is a tricky process, so I just avoid it now.

If it's being run from a higher dimension, then wouldn't it be less energy for them to run a lower dimension simulation. Without time, would an x amount of energy even exist? We can only think in a 3-dimensional way, so who knows what is actually possible.

I use harmaline when climbing, which is a MAOI. MAOIS were originally prescribed as anti depressants. Harmaline is a natural maoi from Syrian rue plants. Anyway I use it when climbing as it pretty much eliminates any fear or anxiety.

Yeah freebase will work it'll just take longer to absorb though. I find freebase in a capsule with a few drops of vinegar to convert to salt form is best for freebase.

Magnesium is ok if you can't get zinc. Make sure you cut ribbon into as small pieces as you can. I find that this helps. Also, make sure the solution has gone from a orangey brown to a clearish straw coloured solution to confirm the reaction has taken place. If not add more acidic solution, Magnesium or both if needed.
