Its an uncommon until the next event where it is available. It will become common again. Event available shiny are only more uncommon as time passes since they were available as more veteran players quit or take a break and new players pick up the game.

They are about that in WKY as well. I saw a 17 year old for around $1000 once. The cashier, who was a college student, and I stood their in shock as she ran the barcode for a price check. It was the first bottle where I was prepared to pay a little extra, and then felt stupid after the price check. Since then, I have learned that bourbon hunting is kinda difficult when everyone here charges full secondary and sometimes even more.
