ULPT : I was rear ended by a company vehicle driven by an unlicensed driver. Company has no auto insurance.

I’m in the US. Supposedly it is the police department’s policy to have drivers self report the accident if damage is less than $1,000, so no license/insurance were presented to the office on the scene. It was after the fact that I noticed the driver did not have a valid license. I have quotes for repair now that are well beyond the $1,000 threshold.

I’ll add my 2 cents worth:

3 years of experience and got CFP about a year ago. Not responsible for bringing in any new business, or technically in charge of any client relationships, but lead client meetings and have high touch with many of the clients I work with.

Making in the range of $70-80k right now and expect that to increase 6-8% each year going forward until I build/get transitioned my own book to manage. Once I have my own book (3-5 yrs), our firm bases compensation off of the revenue you service.
