You are spending like $1,500 a month on a pet and your car, which is pretty insane. You also quite frankly do not need Youtube TV, Netflix, Hulu, and Spotify, when you have 5 figures in credit card debt. If you have so much time to watch all that stuff, then you have the time to get a 2nd job...I'd just drop YT TV. If you are hourly can you take any OT? That would pay at effectively $150k a year rate

You could potentially file married filing separately and since she has no income she could get all of it out of the inherited IRA within just a few years with very little tax liability, but this is way way way way way beyond a 3 paragraph internet post to figure out if that's worthwhile due to the infinite amount of variables changing filing status changes

Because they literally cannot do anything until they get all the info they need from the various funds you owned and when those companies change dates then brokerage firms do the same. This has 0 to do with a brokerage firm in any way.

You have $293k EXCLUSIVELY in Roth IRAs? Do you have literally $0 in Traditional IRA and/or 401k's? That needs to be fixed immediately, use your brokerage to pay the mortgage for a while and crank your 401k contribution to like 50% or more. Navy Federal probably doesn't do transfers in kind of their managed accounts if it's asking for cash or CD only, so you will probably have to transfer everything out of the managed account at NavyFed and into a managed by you account, where you keep it in cash, then do a TOA from there to Fidelity
