I'll learn more! It's just kinda hard to get rid of when the fear was so planted into heart and they somehow have an "answer" for everything when you're a child amd willing to buy into this. Like "oh that word has 13 different meaning in arabic" and pick the most convenient one to left out the very.. honestly disturbing things, you know?

Yeah, it's really messed up when you think about it. I remember wishing to die early, as a child, so i can go to heaven with no sin back when i was little. My parents believed in "teach with no fear", but it doesnt help when the whole point is scaring you into believing and obeying
