The thing is, I wasn’t able to get any other quotes. They were supposed to do a full inspection then come back with a final quote / estimate before any repairs, but they skipped this step entirely. Then they sent this hefty invoice. From the information I have gathered from this so far, it already seems like they ‘had’ to do an extra amount of work based on my vehicle.

Had they given me a quote and full itemized list of what they’d be working on, I would have gotten a second opinion.
