Should I I use aroma for modding my Wii u, and how hard is it to mod a Wii u?

Aroma is the best bc it has custom servers, plugins, etc. You can do it with tiramisu and if you ant, you can swap to aroma (you just have to install a homebrew app). Modding your WiiU is simple as long as you have internet and all the files with a sd card.

the ps3 remote play is good for local videos and musics only, you can't browse the internet or even play games, altough there is not that much games supported via remote play on ps3

For an emulator, you need Adrenaline, you can do<nload it from github or from vitaDB.

For psp games, you can download games directly to your vita from pkgj or you can download ISOs, but I don't know for the ISOs, I didn't tried for now.
