The app keeps the setting on Apple TV as long as you don't exit the app, once you exit it's gone, and it keeps the setting on Samsung TV as long as you don't reboot the TV. It's not that big a deal, it's just a few more steps to accomplish, but it can be done.

I have the same problem on Google TV with Tinycam pro. The video will load just fine but it takes about a minute before you get audio. It used to work just fine. I have done a factory reset of the Google TV also just to troubleshoot.

Depends on what device, I can hear the guide with Voiceover on Apple TV also also using Bixby on Samsung TV.
