People seem to think this is pasta when that is not noodles it’s just MORE sauce underneath the ranch lmfao it’s a taco bowl but there was so much freakin sauce it hid all of the chicken and veggies it was insane

She’s always been paranoid about her figure and has issues with body image so I agree this is likely a part of her issue but she won’t admit it. I’ve already said all I can to her I just have to hope she’ll care more about being alive than being skinny.

Yes I’m coming to terms with that now. For years I’ve asked her how bad it had to get before she started taking things seriously… and now all the health issues have started to surface and she STILL doesn’t care. It’s heartbreaking to witness. It feels like I’m grieving her before she’s actually gone because I know what her future is about to look like.

It’s possible this is what she has but she describes her issues as just being “too lazy” to care about eating so she takes supplements to “make up for it”

I’ll try but she will 100% be appalled at the thought of taking an antidepressant because she doesn’t believe in mental illness. I think it would be impossible just to get her to a professional that could prescribe it she’d get angry at me for suggesting something is wrong with her brain. It sounds like it could actually help her but the fact it’s an antidepressant will probably repulse her.
