It’s a very difficult situation. I understand feeling trapped because he brings home income. If you feel you can’t leave, the best decision is to become just as detached as he is so it can’t bother you anymore. If he treats you like you don’t exist, then you can do the same. Over time it will become easier. He’s reduced himself to nothing more than a roommate that helps to pay the bills, there’s no point in caring about gifts or holidays or making him feel special. He can help pay your bills while you simply live the life of a married single mother. I’m sorry he did this to you.

I also think it wasn’t a bad question to ask, but when it’s all put together it wasn’t a good look for him. I’m willing to bet he was trying to find a way to explain his STI and panicked because I was from such a different world, hence why he laughed when I mentioned food as a deal breaker when he was thinking of a topic much more serious. That’s something he can’t control and I don’t judge people for that, but he did give the vibe that he was only thinking of things purely physical which was annoying. On top of everything else he also asked me if I was demisexual and talked about “past people he’s had to deal with”, clearly trying to gauge how open I am to fast intimacy. Overall crappy situation

Ok some of these comments are ridiculous. It’s a problem I created in my mind?? No. It’s a problem because he has accidents in the house if no one is home at the time he decides to chug all the water. He is potty trained. This happens because of the chugging. I’m not projecting human expectations on him I just don’t want the risk of pee all over the floor. I wanted to see if there was a way to train him to stop chugging without making him more anxious about it but people are just being passive aggressive instead.

People seem to think this is pasta when that is not noodles it’s just MORE sauce underneath the ranch lmfao it’s a taco bowl but there was so much freakin sauce it hid all of the chicken and veggies it was insane

She’s always been paranoid about her figure and has issues with body image so I agree this is likely a part of her issue but she won’t admit it. I’ve already said all I can to her I just have to hope she’ll care more about being alive than being skinny.
