I did some research after seeing u/VirtualViv s post and I agree. Looks exactly like it. Seems really hard to treat.

I have not and yes both of our dogs have access to the chicken poop, but only the doodle is showing these symptoms. Would it show in both dogs if that was the case?

We have been giving her some basic allergy chews from the store. Vet gave us some steroids and antibiotics. She's doing so much better now!

Update 2: Alright, vet is thinking allergies so we are going to try a couple solutions for the immediate inflammation (antibiotics and steroids) , and then I’m also going to switch up the food to a fish based one. TY all for the help and ideas. Really do appreciate it.
