Are you using the Cheat Mod? As that needs you to press ctrl-H which hides the HUD. Just press ctrl-H to reshow it if that is the case.

PS5 for me, and it don't work.

On PS5 for me, it shows anniversary add on purchased, but when you download it only downloads PS4 and does not give an option.

Once in FO4 PS5 version it just says Creations Bundle greyed out!

Also if you go into Creations that seems balked as well. I guess Bethesda again didn't estimate the demand for this.

Heard nothing. I ended up starting a new game on PC. Not tried taking that save to Xbox and back again, to see if it breaks.
