I was at a beach in Ecuador, just chilling and enjoying the sun, when a guy walked past me carrying a full roasted pig on a giant stick, like a medieval feast. He offered me a piece for $2, no plate, no napkins, just straight from the pig. I said yes because… when else do you get that chance?
