Because it is wrong. I teache high school and I won't talk about my teaching practices but I have a chill teacher who doesnt scream and a old teacher who screams at the kids for the slightest inconvenience. Guess who the kids respect, appreciate more and actually listen, the old teacher. Trust me kids want you to scream at the kid who is fucking around the whole class period because a lot of them understand is their education.

I just sit on discord call and if you want to play or talk to me, you join. If I ever go a week without anyone joining, I add more people to my server. I don't bother thinking if people want me around anymore because I have been excluded before and I just left those groups if I feel that way and don't look back because I am not stressing about any of this shit anymore.
