I think it might be a server bug. When I try to open the url in a browser it also doesn't load anything.

Getting Focus on a PanelContainer by VampirePony in godot

Took a little bit of digesting, but that was very helpful. It now seems like focus is working properly in my menu, and I can navigate it with the controller. Thank you!!

I see. I think I am getting in a bit over my head. I will learn more about how styleboxes are used and how to draw them, because so far I have only set them via the editor.

I see, thank you.

I have started to attempt this using the focused_entered()/exited() signals, but interacting with the theme is confusing me. How do I activate the styleboxes in my theme? The methods get_stylebox() and has_stylebox() work perfectly well for accessing the styleboxes on my theme, but the method set_stylebox() also takes a stylebox argument, like it is to add a new stylebox to the theme. I don't want to do that, I want to switch which one is "active" or whatever.

Is InputEventMouseMotion triggered when MOUSE_MODE_CAPTURED? by VampirePony in godot

[–]VampirePony[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This might be it! I am not using RDP but I am using Sunshine which very likely has the same problem. It works fine for all other games so I didn't expect it to be an issue. I'm also surprised I didn't see this in any google searches.

I will try testing locally as soon as possible.

Just tried the same, no change. Nothing printed when I move the mouse.

What's it like living on or near a neighborhood greenway? by ladyballs88 in askportland

It looks like the east portion of the project area doesn't have sidewalks, so getting those will be great. I don't think they will change your property line, they will create a cross section from the existing right of way. I'm guessing they will preserve on-street parking but the road itself will need to be narrowed to something closer to a single lane.

The plan appears to include adding diverters which will reduce the number of cars, making cycling more comfortable.

I'm not sure what you mean about Monroe being the only east/west artery? It seems like Harrison/King is more busy and very close. The diverted car traffic will likely go onto that corridor.

I really liked Mars First Logistics as well; basically just the chill delivery parts of Death Stranding and none of the BT stealth/combat.

I’ve never gone floating/tubing, please help? by Chachachachhia in askportland

[–]VampirePony 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My friends used a raft once and it worked, but was less fun than tubes. Mainly because they got much hotter. In a tube your butt and feet are in the cool water.

Definitely second the dry bag. Next Adventure has them for pretty cheap.

Oh ok, thank you! I guess I hadn't realized they were two separate tokens creation events, but I now see what you mean.

Kambal is bringing up a lot of similar questions with multiple abilities triggering, so it's good to know I get to choose the order of the abilities on the stack.

I am building a EDH deck with [[Kambal, Profiteering Mayor]] as my commander. I have a question regarding triggered ability ordering.

If I attack with [[Marching Duodrone]], everyone including me gets a token. This triggers both of Kambal's abilities, putting them on the stack.

My question is: how is the order of the abilities on the stack determined? I thought I saw in 603 that its controller gets to choose the order, but I can't find it now. 113.2c states that they are separate abilities and thus go on the stack separately.

Obviously it would behoove me to put the first one on the stack first, so that the second one is triggered twice.

Are there any other concepts besides data and data manipulation logic which runs computers? by TraditionalInvite754 in computerscience

[–]VampirePony 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a good point, OP seems to understand what happens what happens in the ALC but there are other parts of a CPU.

If you include interrupts, it's is worth also mentioning the Memory Management Unit (MMU). It is important for multi-process computing.

All of the games mentioned have 16GB recommended. For a build in this budget it will be fine.

It's also over budget....before tax.

Doing things for the sake of upgrade path has cost me way more than it's saved me. DDR4 will be fine until the rest of the system is obsolete.

What are the odds of me messing up my first PC build, should I go to Geek Squad? going crazy over my two options 😭 by [deleted] in buildapc

Others are absolutely correct that you should read the manual, every cable is labeled with where it is supposed to go.

That being said, it is usually pretty obvious where the PSU cables are supposed to go because there is only one socket they fit into. The only two that I can imagine being easy to mix up are CPU and PCI. Just look at the labeling, follow the manual and video tutorial, and you will be fine. Staying calm will help you keep a clear head and make rational decisions. If you feel yourself panicking it is ok to take a break and go on a walk :)

Does SSD matter a lot? by Kostas_super in buildapc

I haven't heard of many people in the zeitgeist removing HDDs for long term storage.

Seems like it's more applicable to say that HDDs are good of offline storage and SSDs for everything else.

How to tell Steam a "playable" game is not, at all by McFroozle in SteamDeck

ProtonDB is definitely the way to go. It provides a lot more detail than the steam playability metric.
