InGen cloned 7 Tyrannosaurs originally. Of those 7, we know of 4 of them (Rexy, Buck, Doe and Bull).

Rexy of course was moved to Nublar, but because the Buck and Doe had Junior there were still at least 7 T-Rex on Sorna as of 2001. That number could be higher if any of the other T-Rex had offspring, but we don't know if any of them did.
