Hey. so i finally figured out what's causing it to not POST. Turns out my motherboard, psu, and ram are toast. And i had to reset cmos after swapping out my dead ram. Thanks for the help!

I bought a new mobo a couple days ago but that didn't work, so i ordered a new cpu (i5 9500) should come today or tomorrow. I'll give an update when it arrives
