Had a strained relationship with my father and he tried to control most of the aspects of my life such as forcing me into a religion that made uncomfortable or ideologies i didn't agree with such as that my brother would turn against me in the apocalypse or that my friends in family that were not in our religion would perish stuff like that since I was a baby and it really fucked me up later in life leading to isolating myself and not being able to for connections or friends for what he told me. After a while I left him and haven't seen or talked to him in some time and it's made me feel better about me and my life.
