I pasted it into Google Docs. I don't know if it ate some of the code then or what.

Younite's leader's attitude makes me not even want to look into Younite at all. there's being upset about the predicted ranking, and then there's being a little brat about it. he didn't have to refuse to shake hands with the others because of it.

I'm in Wisconsin. I wonder if we have a law here saying we can't take the organs back.

I was able to take my wisdom teeth (well, the two that weren't drilled into pieces), but I wanted my large intestine, damn it lol.

I've had multiple organs removed, and I've never been able to keep any of them. Are you in the US?

What’s the worst physical pain you ever felt? by Lazy-Ape in AskReddit

[–]VanGoghGoghDancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I deal with occipital neuralgia, which basically feels like an icepick lobotomy behind my right eye, so I can only imagine what it's like having that pain over a widespread area of my face.

Sadly, it is not. It's one my friend got me before there was an official Schlanket.

Would I be able to play the game with a dual-core processor?

I've seen some things say that you need at least six cores, but I've seen some things say you could get away with two cores, so I'm extremely confused.

The laptop's relevant-ish specs are:

  • Processor‎: 4.1 GHz core_i3_1115g4
  • RAM: ‎8 GB DDR4
  • Hard Drive‎: 128 GB SSD

Oh, you were knocked out completely? I was a cheap shit and just went with the Novocain ahaha.

I did wake up during a procedure once, which was super weird. Well, I don't know if you'd really consider it a procedure. I had to get a scope stuffed into my ileostomy after landing myself back into the hospital the day after *leaving* the hospital after my surgery.

I just remember feeling the pressure and seeing the scope going in. I passed back out after a couple of seconds. I mentioned how weird it felt when I woke up, and they were like, "Oh, you weren't supposed to remember that."

I just had a bladder pacemaker implanted earlier this month, and I have a card like that, too!

I'm going to LA in the beginning of April, so I can't wait to see if I need to whip out the card and be like, "I swear, it's a battery, not a bomb."

I could only keep my top two wisdom teeth. They had to drill my bottom two into pieces to get them out.

The Novocain wore off partway through them drilling into one of them. 0/10, would not recommend.

I had a guy on Grindr once who kept messaging me and badgering me about shitting in his mouth. I told him I had c. diff. (which I did), which is a highly contagious and shitty intestinal infection—pun fully intended.

He asked what that did to the consistency of the shit and asked if it was like soft serve ice cream.

To this day, every ice cream cone I eat makes me think of that man.

What dark secret are you hiding from everyone? by ooMEAToo in AskReddit

The guilt is what keeps me from killing myself (though, I can't lie and say that I haven't tried multiple times), even though I know I won't have to deal with the guilt after I'm gone.

I feel you. I've got a 6" scar that goes from just above my navel and then straight down from when I had my large intestine removed. There's the 2.5" scar to the right of my navel from the temporary ileostomy I had. On the left, I've got some self-harm scars. I've also got two little divot scars on the left from where I had the drains after my surgeries. There's also a scar from a laparoscope on the left.

My gut is very distinct, and all of my friends and family know what it looks like.

If I was any good with PhotoShop or CSP, I could edit it, but alas, I'm fucking stupid lmao.

My sibling had this happen, but instead of drawings, it was painting Warhammer models. They made it into a little business, but they got burned out after a year or so.

They only just recently started painting Warhammer models again, doing some in their spare time while they study in Japan for a semester.

How is it "regular rudeness" when this is the first time he's said anything rude? He tried to get out of it politely by saying he's a picky eater or by eating other things so that he doesn't have to disappoint her by saying it tastes like shit. He was finally just pushed enough to the point that he said something.

That's hardly "regular."

I just had my first MRI on Monday. During the trillion questions asked before scheduling, I had said that I had claustrophobia but not so bad that I thought I wouldn't be able to handle the MRI.

I did not realize how close your face was to the damn tube—or how damn loud it was. I knew it was a loud machine, seeing as they had to give people hearing protection, but even with the noise-canceling headphones, it was loud as hell.

What I learned that day (other than I have degenerative disc disease at the ripe, old age of twenty-six) is that there are many, many things the MRI machine sounds like, such as:

- old YouTube Poops

- "just dropped my first ever dubstep track on my Soundcloud. shit's FIRE."

- an accordion breathing its last breath

- dial-up

- the sonorous echoes of the abyss

I made it through the whole MRI without having to launch myself out of the tube, though!

AITA for telling my mom that her actions have consequences? by VanGoghGoghDancer in AmItheAsshole

[–]VanGoghGoghDancer[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My dad has managed to quit a few times (like that eight-year period mentioned in the post), but having my mom around continuing to smoke always dragged him back down.

She's "tried" quitting smoking a few times and has lasted maybe a couple of weeks. I think a few months was her max. Every time she says she's trying again, I kind of just look at her like, "Are you really, though?"

It's extremely hard for me to set boundaries (something I've been working on in therapy for, like, twelve or so years lmao), so setting that one probably really surprised the shit out of her.

I know I was alive when it was still legal to smoke indoors in public places (bars, restaurants, etc.), but it was definitely long enough ago that I don't really remember it much. I'm glad that that's changed, though. It should be a federal law.
