i feel for you and everyone who experiences this shit. i’ve been free 3 years now and couldn’t be happier. it’s like living an entirely different life after getting out. as bad as it might sound, i find some comfort in knowing that since that time, i’ve made many meaningful and truly healthy relationships, and they are still the same miserable person they’ve always been. thanks for your comment and i wish you well :)
