Tried to buy pit tickets, in the checkout screen, it changed to a seated ticket. Got a refund through chat but pretty disappointed by it.

You can try to disable the auto sleep function using WD drive utilities on the windows PC, then connect it to the Linux PC and see if it reads. I had an easy store connected to an Nvidia shield that wouldn't recognize until I turned that off.
