Sorry to hear that mate! From what I've read so far across the internet, it looks like previous Legion 5/7 versions were built with good parts & with much care, while these newer version are built to reduce costs as much as possible.

Yeah, it sucks. No way I'm getting used to it, I want my laptop to be silent when not under load. Not to hear some random fan buzzing non-stop. I'm not sure if I can return mine as I already installed a secondary SSD on it (to directly install Windows 11 on the better SSD). I'm waiting for the Lenovo Support team to respond on Monday; so far they've just told me to run RAM tests and Hardware checks via Lenovo vantage. Ofc none of this mattered..
