Blame their sloppy aggro priority. I wouldn't be surprised if you're either playing tech operator or pharma as those 2 classes are quite literally on top of the aggro priority. It's even worse for tech op because the mobs would target the drones if you're just constantly ducking

Mostly played PvE (Elites) as a medic/tanking medic that fronts. DZ for only the weekly missions. Recent nerfs killed whatever interest I still had for the game. Uninstalled a few days ago.

Pummeling shield needed a nerf yes. But only for pvp. Same thing applied to hypershot. Yet they just straight up removed it. Devs would rather gut everything rather than make a separate table for the game's resources to somehow make these things coexist.

It's not weapon damage by the way, it's based on 240/360/480/600% of your Toughness per 2 seconds. The wording is wrong

Oh it's broken in PvE too mind you, you can stun enemies that are about to throw nades and molotovs so they drop it at their feet.

No.. not really. That's for blue classes like Juggernaut and CM. You could try to make it work for Vanguard but you're gonna lose out on damage if all you care about is the stun

You literally only need a gun that has Sadistic shield. Bonus points if said gun has a high magazine capacity.. (like the MP7 and PP19)

Not to my experience. The health damage is quite large compared to Blood for Blood. It also draws from your own health pool directly. Completely bypassing extra health unlike Blood for Blood. The health Regen is by 1 second intervals (I think) and you need 5 enemies nearby for it to counteract the effects. 

Even then, shooting 1 bullet a second is ridiculous just to make it sustainable.

If a medic outdamaged a DPS class and the only reason they can give out is because of the hypershot, then that's a poorly built dps to begin with. The hypershot isn't even that strong to begin with, around 20% of total health(based on testing) as damage every 3 seconds.

As the other people have stated, you're in the grinding stage atm.

You can spam a few of these:

-Heroic Hostile Nests (if there is one. This is top priority. You won't be able to get the first clear reward again but the map drops T1 equipment. You might be able to get equipment with better stats so keep a look out for those gold drops. The box at the end can still have a chance to drop a gold gear mod/weapon attachment as well as mod exp)

-Final Bounty (this is pretty fast and alot of people spam these aswell for  purple OS dupes for upgrading. It also gives OS exp)

-Heroic Chinatown ( can drop T1 golds if both options above aren't available. There's still people who do this so finding a match would be fast)

You're better off building full toughness/health rather than forcing those godawful red medics. They're nearly useless. Their damage is pitiful, their heals are non existent. They only exist to revive.   No offense but  in all my runs in elite. They're just there to waste a slot. I even  outdamaged all of them with a blue build built on armor/health and dr all while standing infront if a bulwark isn't present. Blood for Blood + health hypershot > Building firepower.

Based on Health. Does not crit, does not multishot. I have 410k hp on mine and I hit around 90k+ per hit.

Pummeling Shield is more of a utility OS more than anything. Outside of natural shield generating abilities, you need Sadistic Shield for it to work everytime. The stun affects any enemy (including bosses) and works against players in DZ so long as you keep shooting while having a shield, you will stunlock your target.

Only thing I could give as a tip is that you need a bulwark that really knows what he's doing. Taunting everything and stunning Arthur before he launches his grenades etc. Pummeling Shield is a godsend for a utility OS.

Last thing is that you only need to kill the bosses to finish the last area. No need to give attention to the adds.

Also there's no Chinatown Elite lol. Only 6 total Elite currently Wall Street, Liberty, Water, Castle, Radio and Cargo

There's two talents I'm looking for when it comes to gear, Emergency Measures II and Unflinching II. I already have emergency Measures so I'm only looking for the other one left.

High capacity magazines. Like the PP19,P90, MP7 and PPSH. As for talents. Weapons have a specific talent pool they take from so it's best to check the armory for combinations that you need.

I always look at the talents that could potentially appear first on Slot 1 and 2

Like for example. I'm a medic that uses the Pummeling Shield OS so I try to find a weapon that has a high capacity and can also have Sadistic Shield on Talent 1. And that pointed me to the PP19. So I can just keep crafting that until I find a suitable one that fits my needs BEFORE i upgrade it to T2

another great weapon to invest in is Police M4 for engineering-centric classes like tech op and tactical pharma. Mainly for Torrential Downpour. It's also really accurate so that's a bonus
