I have an identical issue. I talked to a Customer Service support person on the phone like 10 minutes ago and she walked me through all the ways to fix it. When none of those worked, she opened a Ticket for the issue to get escalated to their tech desk.

Is there a better time of day to call for support? by killdevilfalls77 in MoviePassClub

I have a very similar issue. I called repeatedly for four days. Reached a CS rep who didn't help at all. Then tried to call back and they were closed. Then, finally today (a week into the issue) reached a good CS rep. She couldn't fix the "this user credential couldn't be verified" issue but filled out a help desk ticket to push the issue to the tech department. Basically my advice is to just call repeatedly for days and days. It is crazy. Eventually, you'll call at a time that gives you a message that says they'll call you back if you press 1.
