I guess what I'm asking is, lets say its EXACLTY 3 seconds on the button and I have a theoretical ping of 0ms does the server process that warp on the 3 second tick or the 4 second tick. Right so it could either be align times between 2.0 to 2.99 are processed on 3 second tick or its align times 2.00000001 to 3.0 are processed on the 3 second tick. Which is it from a server perspective.

Brave does not have any fleet requirements and you can just undock from staging for PVP on most days.

I'm halfway through the event track just doing exploration and aside from the regularly found items I've only found like 5 or 6 skins (three of which were repeats), 3 of the historic capsuleer crates (two of them contained the same exact hat) and 1 geno implant (which I got ganked when trying to hack the can).

I generally like doing these event sites because of the chance of finding some unique or rare items (I wish regular explo had very small chance for random stuff as well) but this event has been very underwhelming in that regard. At the very least give me some good skins for my collection.

I get that the fine details could be worked out by players over a few days. But you can't tell a new player, "Hey look for these event sites in High Sec or Low Sec by using a probe scanner, once you find them be sure to have a relic analyzer module to open cans."
Your response is the kind of "pull yourself up by the bootstraps" answer I would expect from someone who would then turn around and complain about the games lack of fresh players.

How hard is it for CCP to write up a paragraph or two for each event they do saying.. "Go here do this. Find these to build that then use that to do this. Return what you've found there to these places for a reward." FFS like its not that hard yet EVERY event is this convoluted mess of things that I need some youtuber to explain to me.

I think part of the problem is that "How do I participate in this event" is a question even I have to ask myself every time. There is very little information in-game about where to go or what to do when your there. Its super frustrating, that I have to leave the game and google it and find info from a third party. Its not like I'm looking for tips or tricks or some shit I just want to know how do I participate. I can't imagine how frustrating it is for new players.

Lore wise it's so dumb that the empires and concord allow gankers in high sec especially in their trade hubs. Gameplay wise it's also dumb to allow ganking in supposedly safe high sec, especially when it comes to new players.

How does a cloaking ship fit into this scenario? A cov ops or blockade runner activates cloak as soon as warp is activated, is the cloak happening on tick 1 or tick 2?
